HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares rose 2.29 percent in the morning session Monday after rallies on Wall Street and in Europe at the end of last week.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index gained 449.04 points to 20,069.05 on turnover of HK$33.48 billion ($4.30 billion).
