tumbKARACHI: There is a great demand of Ajrak and Sindhi topi among all the handicrafts put on sale at different display centres of the Sindh Small Industries Corporation (SSIC) in the province of Sindh.

An official of one of the Display Centers of SSIC told APP that there is a great demand of Ajrak and Sindhi topi (cap), followed by the traditional ceramics.

He said the Sindh Government has approved budget for fresh purchasing for the display centre of SSIC, which, he said would be started in the next few days.

He said receiving and placing of orders for SSIC is being made through its website.

He said there is a drop in the routine sale of handicrafts at the display centres of SSIC.
