Pakistani model/singer Ayyan has come up with another cheeky number ‘Making Dollars’ after ‘You and I’. Either good or bad but the latest single is definitely grabbing the attention.
‘Making Dollars’ ft. Timo is second after ‘You and I’ and according to Ayyan’s official Facebook page, has already managed to get over 200,000 views on YouTube and over 2400 shares on Facebook.
Ayyan has already made her mark in the modelling world in Pakistan by being the highlight of every top fashion show. She has won many awards too. Ayyan started her music career with the song ‘You And I’ which was slammed by critics. Mostly people were not impressed by the quality of her voice or the song but she didn’t give up and gave yet another try.
Talking about the song, right off the bat, you wouldn’t really be able to guess this hip hop number is a Pakistani music video. It’s shot completely in black and white and would strike as a combination of a handful of other videos, such as Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies’ and Dev’s ‘Dancing in the Dark’. It’s merely evident that Ayyan derived some inspiration from Western artists, local media reported.
The music sounds catchy and upbeat, and this time her voice is not the bad either. The Greece rapper/DJ Timo has been roped in to add some hip hop element to the song which is doing quite well for Ayyan.
It’s a visual treat for Ayyan’s fan as she also showed-off some of her dance moves but her dressing sense in the video can become a point of critique.
