LONDON: European stock markets ended higher on Friday, with London's FTSE 100 index of leading shares rising 0.23 percent to 5,997.38 points.
In Paris, the CAC 40 gained 0.26 percent to 4,047.21 points, while in Frankfurt the DAX climbed 0.31 percent to 7,216.21 points.
