HockeyLAHORE: Pakistan played a 2-2 draw with England in their opening match of the Rabo 4-Nation hockey Cup at Amsterdam on Thursday.

Pakistan led the first half 1-0 but failed to maintain their upper hand in the following session in which English team came with full force to equalise at 1-1 and then denied a win to green shirts with spirited efforts and team play.

Pakistan's scorer were penalty corner shooter Sohail Abbas and forward Shakeel Abbasi,said the information made available here.

Matches for tomorrow,Friday, Pakistan vs Germany and England vs Holland.
