BEIJING: China Telecom, one of China's three wireless carriers, will issue 10 billion Yuan ($1.53 billion) in corporate bonds, two sources told Reuters on Monday.
Underwriters for the issue include Goldman Sachs Gaohua Securities, China International Capital Corp Ltd (CICC) and UBS Securities, the sources said.
"No exact date and time limit have been set for the issue," the sources added.
The company issued 10 billion Yuan worth of one-year bonds in March this year, according to an earlier company statement.
