Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim has expressed high hopes with the upcoming second edition of the Pakistan Super League, which is scheduled to begin tomorrow (Thursday) at Dubai.
The all rounder who has signed up for the PSLs Karachi Kings is eager to perform in the tournament and prove his mantle. "I am just waiting for my time and when my time will come I will show the world what I am capable of," quoted ARY Sports.
Imad who has made a name for himself in the games shorter format with his tricky bowling, and ability to hit big, believes that he is content with whatever is demanded of him. "Its up to the coach and the captain. Whatever (role) they give me I have to do that," stated the all-rounder.
The Karachi Kings boast quite a few cricket heavyweights in its squad, which includes Sri Lankan batting legend Kumar Sangakkara who will lead the side in the second edition, West Indian blaster Chris Gayle and Pakistan fast bowler Muhammad Amir.
The side would play its first match of the tournament against Darren Sammys Peshawar Zalmi on Friday 10th February, at Dubai.
