Altaf greets Overseas Pakistanis for getting right of vote

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), chief Altaf Hussain congratulated the Pakistani community living in Britain and other parts of the world on getting the right to vote.

In a statement issued by MQM here on Thursday, Altaf said that the MQM has been working strenuously for the rights of the overseas Pakistanis. Granting the right to vote was an important step in that direction, he added.

He also praised Deputy Convener MQM Rabita Committee Dr. Farooq Sattar and expressed the hope that he would continue to work for the rights of Pakistanis living aborad.
