Young Lucky Star Cricket Club Friday qualified for the semi final of First Cannon Foam Challenge Cricket Cup by defeating Ghalib Sports by 8 wickets, here at the LCCA Ground. Outstanding brilliant spell of Saif Rasool (5 for 19 runs) of Young Lucky Star was the most thrilling part of the match.
Batting first Ghalib Sports Cricket Club were all out at 181 in 35 overs. Saqib Mehmood (69), Umer Farooq (45), Bilal Muneer (20) and Anas Mustafa 19 were the main contributors. In reply, Young Lucky Star Cricket Club achieved 183/2 in 30.1 overs. Zeeshan Farooq (70), Haider Ali (46), M Zubair Malik (29) and Amjad Khan 22 were main scorers.
