ATC issues NBWs against Altaf, Sattar and others

Again non-bailable arrest warrants for MQM founder Altaf Hussain and Farooq Sattar were issued by an anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday in provocative speech case. The court also issued non-bailable warrants against MQM leaders Khushbakht Shujaat, Junaid Lakhani, and Amin Ul Haqq. An anti-terrorism court (ATC) heard one of the 27 cases for the incendiary August 22 speech of MQM founder Altaf Hussain.
The accused including Mehfooz Yar Khan, Qamar Mansoor, Sathi Ishaq, Amjadullah were presented in court. However, the verdict was not announced due to the judge's absence. Hearing of the case registered in Azizabad police station was adjourned till April 7.
