SHC to hear Ayyan's plea on January 16

The Sindh High Court (SHC) has decided to hear super model Ayyan Ali's request regarding removal of her name from the Exit Control List (ECL) on January 16, 2017. Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto will hear the case as referee judge because Justice Ahmed Ali M Shaikh and Justice K K Agha, the two judges who were hearing the case before, could not reach a mutual decision and had different opinions. Ayyan's case will be defended by her lawyers Latif Khosa and Qadir Khan Mandokhail. Ayyan Ali was arrested in March, 2015 from Benazir Bhutto International Airport with $500,000.
