HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares rose 0.31 percent on Friday, a sixth straight gain, on hopes China will soon introduce new monetary easing policies after the Lunar New Year holiday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 62.53 points to 20,501.67 on turnover of HK$58.51 billion ($7.50 billion).
