ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan Alauddin Marri has said that the government is giving top most priority to promotion of education sector in the province.
The Chief Minister said it has become inevitable to put education sector on modern lines.
A huge amount has been allocated in the budget of new fiscal year for education sector, he added.
CM said that different steps have been taken for improving the quality of education, provision of conducive atmosphere and best facilities for research and education, Radio Pakistan reported.
Meanwhile, Balochistan has spent sufficient funds for the provision of basic facilities in government schools established in different districts of the province.
He said, the government was establishing computer and science laboratories in government educational institutions.
He also expressed the hope that the organization would keep on extending its cooperation to the provincial government in provision of skilled based education to the youth and removing backwardness in Balochistan.
