LAHORE: A Lahore High Court (LHC) division bench has dismissed bail applications of six accused including relatives of former director general Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Ahad Cheema in Ashiana Housing scam.
In its order issued here on Monday, the division bench headed by Justice Ali Baqar Najafi dismissed interim bail of Ahad Cheema's brother-in-law Mansoor Ahmad and cousin Ahmad Hassan besides rejecting pre-arrest bail application of Bismillah Engineering's Director Munir Zia.
The bench also rejected pre-arrest bail application of LDA officer Sajjad Bhutta and post arrest bail applications of former chief executive officer of Punjab Land Development Company (PLDC) Imtiaz Haider, and PLDC consultant Bilal Qidwai.
