KARACHI: Khushnood Aftab, Chairman, Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI)'s Standing Committee on Information Technology (IT) represented Pakistan in the yearly meeting of Intel Board of Advisors held in Singapore.
According to an announcement here Wednesday the meeting discussed the new advancements, trends and challenges faced by the IT industry around the globe.
The Intel Board of Advisors were said to had appreciated efforts and contribution made by Khushnood Aftab, also the CEO, Viper Technology, in promoting IT industry in Pakistan.
Khushnood Aftab was mentioned to be also a member of the prestigious international board of IT experts, that also included top executives of Intel from the Asia Pacific region.
He was said to had shared his views and discussed IT opportunities in Pakistan with specific reference to efforts being made by the government to promote IT sector and encourage investments in the country.
