Karan Johar’s ‘Student of the Year 2’ cast sparks nepotism debate again

Bollywood filmmaker/producer Karan Johar is back with the much speculated sequel of ‘Student of the Year’, however, the first look of the upcoming movie and especially its cast has irked the social media users as they are coming after the movie maker with full force.

After revealing the main hero, Tiger Shroff, for ‘Student of the Year 2’ a few months back, Karan disclosed the leading ladies of the movie Ananya Pandey and Tara Sutaria today through his twitter account.

Soon after the actresses were revealed, the twitteratis came after the movie maker accusing him of nepotism, as apart from Sutaria, the other leading cast Tiger and Ananya both belong to Bollywood fraternity and can be referred as star kids.

After a long debate on the nepotism topic, Karan did it again, bringing in actors that already belong to the Indian movie industry. The previous part of the movie also launched two main leads Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, who belong to big families of Bollywood.
