BEIJING: CNOOC started production from Weizhou 6-13 oilfield in the South China Sea, CNOOC said in a statement on Tuesday.
The oilfield is expected to reach peak production of 9,400 barrels per day in 2019, the state company said
There are seven wells in production at the Weizhou oilfield, it said.
CNOOC holds full interest in the oilfield.
