Indian tennis player Sania Mirza shared her views on Twitter about the concept of celebrating ‘Women’s Day’ and the users of the micro-blogging site couldn’t agree more with her.

Sania is a famous sportswoman who has broken a lot of norms of not just Asia but of the entire world. With a number of accreditations under her belt, the 31-year old player is also the first Muslim female tennis player from the sub-continent.

Being an independent and successful woman of the 21st century, Sania shed light on her opinion of celebrating ‘Women’s Day’. The sportswoman said that she does not 'agree with the concept  of Women’s day or any day for that matter.'

The wife of Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik also said that there will never be an equal world if women need an actual day to feel special and appreciated. To her every day is a Women’s Day.

The netizens came all out in her support seconding her thoughts and concepts, however, a few disagree with her school of thoughts about this special day.

Currently, the Indian celebrity is supporting and accompanying her Pakistani husband Shoaib of team 'Multan Sultans' in the Pakistan Super League 2018 that is happening in Dubai.
