Seven Pakistani detain in Bagram: Interior ministry asked to submit report

The Lahore High Court has directed the federal government to start negotiations with the US and Afghan governments for return of seven Pakistani detained in Bagram airbase in Afghanistan and it also directed the interior ministry to submit the report after negotiation till March 21.
A non-profit law firm, Justice Project Pakistan, a fellow of Reprieve, (a UK based organisation) in Pakistan, through its representative, Sultana Noon filed the petition. Petitioner submitted that seven Pakistanis had been detained at Bagram Theatre Internment Camp in Afghanistan without any charge or trial since 2003.
She alleged that they were abducted from Pakistan and detained at the notorious US prison in Afghanistan. These seven included are Awwal Khan, Hamidullah Khan, Abdul Haleem Saifullah, Fazal Karim, Amal Khan, Iftikhar Ahmad and Younas Rehmatullah.
