Corporate Finance and Advisory at BMA Capital has won second place in the Banker Deals of the Year for 2011 throughout the Asia Pacific region. This marks the third consecutive year for BMA Capital to receive this accolade since 2009. It is, indeed, an honour for a Pakistan based firm to step forward and make a mark amongst global investment banks.
The Banker award is yet another unique addition to BMA's host of tributes. BMA Capital is the No: 1 corporate finance & advisory firm in Pakistan, accredited by Euromoney (Awards for Excellence) and The Banker at the global level and by the CFA Association of Pakistan at the local front. BMA Capital, with unrivalled Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) credentials, is the top choice of advisory for clients.
Successfully completing over 50 percent of privatisation transactions (by value) and advising over dollars seven billion in mandates, BMA Capital has executed multiple landmark transactions in the history of Pakistan. BMA Capital's superior execution capabilities and track record of closing complex mandates has been recognised through global transaction commendation. Apart from the Banker awards, BMA Capital has also reached the top five deals of South Asia by Euromoney Deals of the Year 2010.
BMA has also been honoured as the top global advisor, being perhaps one of the few, if not the only Pakistan based firm to reach international M&A league tables (Bloomberg, Thomson and Factset). BMA Capital is Pakistan's premier investment group, with a remarkable experience of 19 years in Pakistan's capital markets.-PR
