It is the primary responsibility of PTA to ensure that services offered to customers are up to the required standards and consumers are satisfied with the services. This, no doubt is an uphill task for the regulators but all efforts should be put in so that the services offered are true value for money.
Through this supplement, effort has been made to enlighten the consumers about the Service Quality of Cellular Mobile Phone service in Pakistan and also PTA's untiring efforts for improvement in this regard.
