Keeping in mind Comsats Institute of Information Technology's (CIIT) mission of imparting quality education in Pakistan and its desire to contribute in the development and prosperity of Pakistan to the maximum extent, the Department of Management Sciences has launched a one-and-a-half years Master in Entrepreneur-ship and Innovation (MEI) program, starting in fall 2011 (autumn) at CIIT, said Sarah Tariq, Head of Department of Management Sciences, Comsats Institute of Information Technology.
In a statement issued here on Friday, she said that Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI) program is dedicated to develop business leaders and managers who can integrate technological knowledge in an economical, social, environmental and ethical way.
She said that innovation management is the future wave of business management. In today's competitive world, she said, business leadership often requires technology and business management skills, key role in the ever-changing business world demand enhanced technical knowledge and a critical understanding of innovation management.
