KARACHI: Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) in an early morning exercise Friday arrested 28 Indian fishermen and confiscated five of their boats for fishing in and violating territorial waters of Pakistan.
The Indian fishermen were found fishing in the open sea, demarcated as Pakistan territory, and were apprehended by PMSA personnel while patrolling the sea area through ship and speed boats.
Those arrested by PMSA were latter handed to Docks police for needed judicial procedures.
