Operation challenged in LHC

A petition has been filed before the Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking directions for federal government not to hand over body of Osama bin Laden to US authorities. The petitioner Barrister Javed Iqbal Jaffrey also challenged US military operation on Pakistani territory. He said the operation was against the sovereignty of the country and violation of international laws.
Jaffrey further prayed to the court to direct the government to arrest and take action against those who tipped-off the presence of Osama in Pakistan.
