LSE members elect directors

The Lahore Stock Exchange members on Friday elected five members directors for the year 2011. All the five members elected as directors belong to Penal A, which include Mirza Ejaz Baig who bagged highest votes (71), followed by Jahanzeb Mirza who got 70 votes. Ammar ul Haq, Engr. Mazhar Rafiq and Naeem Anwar have also been elected to the Board of Directors obtaining 69, 65 and 55 votes, respectively.
The LSE Board, however, will be completed after receiving the nominations of five non-member directors. Later, the Board will elect Chairman of the Exchange.
