Raymond Davis case: petition to prosecute accused for killing, committing fraud

A petition has been filed before the Lahore High Court seeking directions to government to prosecute double murder accused American national Raymond Davis for committing forgery by applying visa under fake name. Barrister Iqbal Jafree in his petition said Davis got visa under fake name, which made the whole process of visa doubtful, and his visa stood cancelled from the day one.
He said Raymond deserves no special treatment and should be punished for killing and committing fraud.
