"The signing of the first ever jewellery franchise between 91Facets of India and R.S. Concepts of Pakistan is a result of the facility provided in the "My Karachi Exhibition" held recently in Karachi. This was stated by Majyd Aziz, President, Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry while presiding over the franchise signing ceremony at the KCCI.
The KCCI chief paid tributes to Dr Mandip Sharma, a woman entrepreneur from New Delhi and owner of 91Facets and to Rukhsana Sajjad, a women entrepreneur in Karachi and Proprietor of R.S. Concepts. Majyd Aziz added that a closer relationship between the women entrepreneurs of both countries would result in more business opportunities and in linkages and joint ventures.
This first franchise will also introduce technical know - how to the Pakistani entrepreneurs and will enable them to improve their own products and designs. Dr Mandip Sharma, in her remarks expressed her gratitude to KCCI and women of Karachi for appreciating her designs and products and said that she was over-awed by the mammoth number of visitors to My Karachi Exhibition. It was her first visit to Karachi and she loved every minute of her weeklong stay.
She thanked Majyd Aziz and KCCI for giving her access to Pakistani entrepreneurs. Rukhsana Sajjad stated that she was convinced to open her outlet after finding out the huge demand for the jewellery designed by Dr Sharma. She said that Pakistani women who witnessed the exhibition were very much impressed by the excellent products.-PR
