Govt striving hard to increase per acre production

SARGODHA: District Coordination Officer (DCO) Danish Afzaal has said the government was striving hard for enhancing per acre production.

This he said in a meeting held here on Saturday.

The meeting was told that wheat cultivation target has been achieved in the district and the farmers were being given maximum support for enhancing rice production.

The meeting was attended by EDO agriculture Iftikhar Ahmed Chughtai, District Officer Faiz Ahmed Kundi and others.
