MULTAN: MEPCO Chief Executive Officer Engineer Masood Salahuddin said that consumers complaints were being reduced gradually by putting complaint center on modern lines.
He said that providing power supply with better voltages and to address the consumer's complaints was top priority.
The CEO MEPCO expressed these views while paying visit of MEPCO Multan cirlce here on Wednesday.
He directed to complete up-gradation and maintenance of the circle in winter season to avoid any trouble in upcoming summer season.
He directed the field officials to pay visits to check the performance of divisions and sub-divisions and raid against power pilferers and defaulters without any discrimination.
Chief Engineer Development MEPCO Shahid Hameed Chohan said that new grids were being constructed while capacity of installed high power transformers was also being extended to provide power supply to consumers with better voltage across the region including Multan.
He said that various development projects worth billions of rupee were in progress which would be completed before summer season.
SE MEPCO Multan circle Akram Bhatti briefed the CEO MEPCO about the performance of the circle.
