Turkish Airlines to play tourism documentaries

ISLAMABAD: Turkish Airline will publish Pakistan's tourism attractions in its in-flight magazines and also play tourism documentaries.

This was stated by General Manager Turkish Airline Yunus Mert in a meeting with Managing Director Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) Abdul Ghafoor, said a press release here on Tuesday.

He said that Turkish Airline was operating at 295 destinations in 116 counties across the world, adding that Turkey had introduced visa drop box facility for Pakistani Nationals.

Managing Director PTDC appreciated the cooperation of Turkish Airlines in tourism sector.

He said that improved law and order situation in the country had resulted in increasing tourists flow during the last two years.

PTDC was always ready to welcome tourists and investors from brotherly Muslim country, he added.

Abdul Ghafoor invited GM Turkish Airlines to visit Gilgit-Baltistan and other Northern parts of Pakistan and witness the beauty of majestic Northern Pakistan.
