ISLAMABAD: National Assembly standing committee on Petroleum and Natural Resources to meet here at Parliament house on Feb 23,(Tuesday).
The meeting will be chaired by Bilal Ahmed Virk and other members of the committee.
According to the committee notification the meeting will confirm the minutes of the previous meeting held on 4th Feb,2016 and to discuss and scrutinize the budgetary proposals relating to public sector development program(PSDP) of the Ministry of the Petroleum and its attached departments for financial year ,2016-17.
The meeting would also discuss the calling attention notice moved by Dr. Shireen Mehrunissa Mazari regarding "Complete lack of information about LNG deal involving huge amount of money "referred to the committee by the house on 14 January,2016.
Discussion on Question no.15 moved by Mr. Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan regarding theft of oil (Rs.142 billion) with the connivance of employees of PSO in the country during the period from 01-06-2013 till date referred to the committee by the house.
