Singer Selena Gomez has revealed her highly-anticipated album ‘For You’ which has been inspired from her real life experiences in the last two years.
According to foreign media reports she said, “I haven’t released any music in two years, so it’s really going to be me kind of showing my journey in the past two years. And there’s a little darkness in it”. Gomez's ‘For You’ is layered with elements of her personality. The album reflects Selena's highs and lows from the past five years in the industry and serves as closure to her time.
The album consists of Gomez's previous singles, two new songs, and multiple remixes of previously released material.
Since beginning her music career, Gomez has sold an estimated 2.8 million albums and 18.1 million singles. Her album's lead single, ‘Come and Get It’ went on to become Gomez's biggest hit. It became her first top ten hit in the United States, and her most successful song on pop radio.
