JAKARTA: Malaysian palm oil futures fell 2.6 percent on Friday, tracking other commodity prices lower, as risk-averse investors worried about the health of the US economy ahead of key jobs data due later.
At 0245 GMT, the benchmark October contract on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange traded at 3,026 ringgit ($1,015) per tonne, off a session low of 3,021 ringgit.
