anjum-aqeel-khanISLAMABAD: Anjum Aqeel Khan, Member of the National Assembly belonging to Pakistan Muslim League N, escaped from police station on Friday evening with the help of his party workers. Earlier in the day he was arrested by Islamabad Police allegedly for involvement in a fraud case. According to a report the armed workers of PML-N attacked and resorted to firing at the Shalimar Police Station, where the accused was under detention at that time.
