PTV to install three more boosters in Balochistan

imageISLAMABAD: Pakistan Television Corporation (PTVC) has so far completed 17 schemes of installing TV boosters in backward areas of Balochistan and working on installing three more by the end of financial year 2015-16.

According to a source in PTVC, the coverage area was being enhanced as per package of Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan. PTVC was pursuing a policy to enhance its coverage with special focus on farflung areas specially Balochistan.

The installation of more TV boosters would benefit 220,000 people and enhance the coverage areas of 1275 sq km.
