HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares dived 1.59 percent on Thursday morning, in line with huge regional losses after a slump on Wall Street caused by weak US economic data.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index shed 374.59 points to 23,251.84 on turnover of HK$32.94 billion ($4.23 billion).
