KARACHI: Three ships arrived at port to load/offlaod containers at QICT, palm oil at LCT on Friday.
Berth occupancy was maintained at 57 percent at the port on Friday where a eight ships namely M.V KPS-I Alican Bey-Powership, M.V HAV, M.V Alam Mains, M.V Inlaco Brave, M.V JPO Brave, M.V JPO Libra, M.V MSC Kerry, M.V Taipei, M.T DL Violet are currently occupying berths to load/offload, containers, rice, palm.
Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the port where a cargo volume 51670 tonnes comprising 16833 tonnes import, 34837 tonnes export and (3346) Tues was handled at he port during last 24 hours.
M.V Taipei, M.V Hammonia Pacificul, M.V Mum Main Song sailed on Friday morning. M.V JPO Libra, M.T DL Violet sailed on Saturday morning.
M.V MSC Didem at QICT, M.T Success Marlina at LCT, M.V Boreal at FAP arrival on 4th January, as per arrival schedule.
