KARACHI: Three ships arrived at Port to load/offload containers at Qict, chemical at Evtl, palm oil at Lct on Friday.
Berth occupancy was maintained at 71% at the Port on Friday where a total of Ten ships namely M.V Kps-I Alican Bey-Powership, M.T Gulf Oasis. M.V Alammanis, M.V Luzern, M.V MSC Levina, M.V Dong Hai Jun 7001-(Dredger) M.T Bahrain Vision, M.T Argent Hibiscus, M.V South. M.V Capital, are currently occupying berths to load/offload, containers, cement, palm oil, fertilizer, chemical and wheat.
Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 43319 tonnes comprising 32133 tonnes import, 11186 tonnes export and (912) Tues was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
