SEOUL: South Korea's top mobile carrier SK Telecom said on Tuesday it had raised its 2011 capital spending plan by 15 percent to 2.3 trillion won ($2.2 billion).
The company told the Korea Exchange of the revised plan but didn't say where the increased budget would be spent.
