WASHINGTON: US Secretary of State John Kerry said Saturday he has expressed Washington's "deep concern" about the "bloodshed and violence" in Egypt that has killed scores.
In a statement, Kerry also said Egyptian authorities have "a moral and legal obligation to respect the right of peaceful assembly and freedom of expression."
