KARACHI: Three ships arrived at Port to load/ offload containers at QICT, LPG at EVTL and diesel oil at FOTCO on 12th July, 2013.
Berth occupancy was maintained at 57% at the Port on Friday where a total of eight ships namely M.V Kps-I Alican Bey - Powership, M.V Faith, M.V Sofia, M.V Michaels-S, M.V Msc Kerry, M.T Akaki, M.T Sena- 4, M.T Al Salam-II are currently occupying berths to load/offload cement, containers, LPG, diesel oil, furnace oil.
Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 68580 tonnes comprising 52222 tonnes import 16358 tonnes export 1619 (TUES) was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
M.T Akaki, M.V Michaels-S sailed on Friday afternoon. M.T Sena-4 sailed on Saturday morning.
