BOGOTA: An explosion ripped through a crowded area of Bogota on Tuesday, injuring at least 10 people, the mayor's office said.
"The district emergency committee was activated immediately and we have 10 injured people who have been taken to hospitals," a spokesman for the mayor's office said.
