ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange here on Tuesday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 16.16 points and closed at 3970.82 points.
A total of 10,100 shares were traded, which were down by 5,300 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 4,800 shares.
Out of 159 companies, share prices of 43 companies recorded increase while share prices of 116 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in trading.
The share price of Akzo Nobel Pakistan increased by Rs.11.51 per share while the share prices of Muree Brewery decreased by Rs.50.47 per share.
Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim,P.I.A, Bank of Punjab remained the top trading companies in Tuesday's trading with 4,000,1,500 and 1,500 shares respectively.
