Shipping activity at Port Qasim

KARACHI: One ship arrived at port Qasim on Saturday January 28, carrying containers at QICT, Port sources said here Sunday.

Berth occupancy was managed at the Port at 68% on Sunday.

A total of four ships namely M.V Liberty Sun, M.V MSC Clara, M.T Anjasmoro, M.T Fair Spirit are currently occupying berths to load/ offload rice, containers, palm oil, furnace oil was handled at Port last 24 hours.

Cargo handling operation were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume of 42839 tonnes, comprises 31026 tonnes import and 11813 tonnes export, 1109 (TUES) was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
