imageLAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has congratulated Muslim League-N candidates on their victory in local bodies elections in Islamabad.

According to statement issued here on Tuesday, he said, after the first and second phase, people have again voted for the politics of decency, service and honesty in local bodies elections. He said the masses have once again proved that they deeply love PML-N leadership.

He said the elements that tried to create hurdles in the process of development of the country through politics of sit-ins last year had been rejected by the people.

The Chief Minister said the journey of selfless service to the people would continue under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
