LAHORE: Allama Iqbal Open University Lahore region remained on top regarding registration of number of students during the ongoing year.
This information was expressed by AIOU Lahore campus Regional Director Rasool Bukhsh Behram while addressing final workshop of the Mass-communication department here on Wednesday.
He said the AIOU was taking steps to promote curriculum activities.
Sohail Waraich,an anchor, said while addressing the workshop that the media, including newspapers and private channels, should pass a code of conduct.
Riaz ul Haq, workshop coordinator, said the AIOU had invited several senior teachers of different universities as well as renowned media personalities, including Zia Shahid and Sohail Waraich.
Students presented several short plays in the workshop and prizes were awarded to them.
