ISLAMABAD: Ex Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Khalid Aziz has lauded government's untiring efforts to maintain peace and ensure security during Muharram-ul-Haraam.
Talking to Radio Pakistan, he said that customers have to face troubles in wake of suspension of mobile phone services but the government has no other option in this regard.
Expressing satisfaction over law and order situation, he added that terror acts had reduced to a great extent as compared to the past.
He said that government should take steps as and when required.
He termed cooperation between government and civil society pivotal for maintaining law and order situation.
He added that security could not be improved without government-people's cooperation.
