Three accused of killings in Karachi arrested: police chief

 KARACHI: At least three alleged terrorists have been arrested for alleged involvement in target killing in various parts of the city during the last three days, said newly appointed CCPO Karachi Saud Ahmed here on Monday.

Addressing a press conference at the Central Police Office he said that Rao Ahmed, Mohammed Nadeem and Babar Ali have been arrested for their alleged involvement in target killings involving 30 persons hailing from various political parties.

He said a number of illicit weapons were also recovered from their possession including AK-rifles, hand-grenade, and other sophisticated weapons.

The accused were arrested from Gulistan-e-Jauhar, he added.
