Trial court to decide Davis’ immunity case: LHC

LAHROE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday ruled that the issue of Raymond Davis’ immunity will be decided by the trial court AAJ TV reported.

The ruling came after the Ministry for Foreign Affairs submitted its reply to the LHC on the Davis immunity issue.

The ministry stated that Davis, a US national, was visiting Pakistan on an official business visa.

The immunity status case was heard by Chief Justice LHC Ijaz Chaudhry.
