Delegation of diplomats attend briefing on 4 year performance

KARACHI: A high-level diplomatic mission Tuesday visited the Chief Minister House here.

Sindh Senior Minister for Education, Pir Mazharul Haq and Ministers and high ranking officers of Sindh Government warmly welcomed the diplomatic mission.

Secretary General, Karachi Council on Foreign Relations, Ahsan Mukhtar Zuberi, thanked on behalf of Council for warm welcome and hospitality of diplomats.

Pir Mazharul Haq also thanked the diplomats on behalf of Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah.

He said that SAARC countries have played a vital role for regional cooperation in the field of education, health, trade and other sectors.

Pir Mazharul Haq while highlighting the efforts of present government presented a briefing on four-year performance of Sindh Government.

He said that there are large opportunities of investment in the province.

Sindh Minister for Information, Ms. Shazia Marri, presented traditional gifts of Ajraks and Sindhi caps to diplomats.

She also presented book on life and services of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

Principal Secretary to C.M. Sindh, Agha Jan Akhtar, and Secretary Information Sindh, Kazi Shahid Pervaiz, were also present.

The briefing was followed by lunch.
